Seldom seen without a toy in her mouth, Izzy is 50 pounds of supreme sweetness. Even her foster mom refers to her as a “peach.” Extremely affectionate, she dotes on sociable children and adores the companionship of other social dogs. She’s even visited several schools and done wonderfully with the children there. Age hasn’t slowed her steps or stifled her spirit, and despite being more of a low energy lady, she still loves going for walks (not runs, if you please) around the block, and playing with anyone with either two legs or four. And then, of course, there’s snuggling and cuddling. Izzy can’t get enough of closeness, and would love nothing more than to share the warmth of her golden years with someone who loves closeness as much as she does, with another social dog for romping then resting.
