Ava is set to go home tomorrow, Sunday, November 5th. She came into the Indianapolis shelter with the rest of his litter, unfortunately, her momma didn't make it.

Ava is from the last litter of puppies that we rescued during Puppy Mania 2014! During the months of July and August we rescued 20 bottle feed puppies from 3 litters. Please help us spread the word about spay and neutering your pets! We are grateful for the opportunity to help these puppies and for the support of our volunteers, donors and foster homes, but know this level of activity is not sustainable. During August 2014 Casa del Toro had almost as many animals in our rescue at one time as the total number adopted last year!
